Once again Wes Edwards, Nick and Montefusco HVAC saved the day! Had a problem with our furnace and called Wes this morning and he sent Nick out to take care of us a short time later. Wes came out to look at our system and gave use a couple options. after that we went to look at our furnace and he said we are underutilizing our current system and that he wouldn't spend a nickel until we put some directional vents on our furnace. I was blown away that he suggested that we not purchase added equipment. This told me that he was not out to sell us but to help us. We decided that we would take his advice as well as add some tube heaters. His crew just came today and they were awesome. Orin was the foreman. Orin was really good. He communicated well, took our suggestions on how exactly we wanted the tube heater positioned and was professional. I would highly recommend Montefusco because of their integrity, skill, and professionalism.

These guys are outstanding. Our A/C went out during this heatwave causing are upstairs to reach temps near 90 degrees during the day. They had a part ordered and the unit fixed within a day. Always very prompt, friendly and professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The BEST customer service I have EVER experienced. I came home to a major issue with my furnace after turning it on for the first time this season. They had a technician at my house within the hour and fixed up and running again immediately. Technician was kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient in every way. I cannot say enough great things about this local company!!!!

Montefusco HVAC is the company I’d recommend for all seasons. We purchased a home three years ago and we had various problems that they fixed quickly and professionally. It never seems like problems with your furnace or air conditioning units go out when the weather is beautiful out which was our case. Montefusco put in a new AC unit when it was in the upper 90’s and fixed our furnace right before this last artic blast. We are thankful and Tony and/or Patrick are there before you know it. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone for the quality workmanship and the piece of mind that they provide.

I want to thank Wes Edwards and the Montefusco crew for always coming through for me when I need it the most. This summer I had AC problems - they had someone out and a new unit installed the same day. Just last night - I lost heat around 1130pm- someone was out and had it fixed by 1130am. So it was fixed in less than 5 hrs after I called today. AMAZING!!
